Yay! I'm the first one to guess. I know it is Wallace and Grommet and it is "A Close Shave." Wow! I actually know a movie, I'm so surprised. that is one of our favorites.
I know this one really well. This is Wallace and Gromit; A close Shave! I love that line, The bounce is gone from his bungey.... Crack up!
